3. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, guides, downloads, text, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Radiant Birth Co. You may not reproduce, copy, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe via GoHighLevel).
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, no refunds will be given once access has been granted.
5. Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the self-paced childbirth education course, as long as the course remains hosted by Radiant Birth Co. We reserve the right to update or replace course materials as needed.
We are not liable for any damages or harm resulting from the use of our course or website, including medical, emotional, or financial consequences.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Manitoba.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
10: Payment Plan Terms
By selecting the 3-month payment plan option, you agree and understand that this is not a subscription and not a pay-as-you-go plan. You are committing to complete all 3 payments, totaling the full cost of the course.
-Your initial payment grants you full access to the Radiant Birth Course and all included materials.
-You will be automatically charged once a month for 3 monthly payments.
-This is a payment plan for a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
-After the 3 payments are completed, no further charges will be made.
-By enrolling, you authorize Radiant Birth Co. to charge your card on file for the remaining scheduled payments, even if you do not access the course or complete the materials. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to the course and possible collections action, in accordance with applicable laws.
